Our online booking system is so quick and easy to use. All you have to do is click the tab to the right of the screen!

You can log in via Facebook or create your own user. If you are already a guest at our salon then you can log in with the  contact details you provided us with. Take a look at your appointment history and your points balance too!

Cancelling or re scheduling appointments

Up to 48 hours prior to your booking, your appointment can be cancelled and then re scheduled. When left later than this, you will be required to call us on 01733308737 to cancel and re schedule. Our late cancellation policy will kick in from 48 hours notice.

Can’t find your desired appointment?

Please note that not all of our services or stylists/therapists are available to book online so please don’t hesitate to contact us for an appointment. You can do this via phone or email.  Sometimes there is a possibility of moving our schedule around to get you booked in which is something that has to be done manually.

Our stand-by list

We also have a stand-by (cancellation) list that you can be added to if you’re unable to get booked in at your desired time or date. We really try our very best to accommodate everyone.

Don’t forget your patch test!

Please remember all services that require a patch test must be in date by 6 months. This means a patch test must be done every 6 months even on our regular guests. The only treatment where a patch test must be done 48 hours prior to every appointment is HD brows. 

If you are new to the salon and are having a brow or eyelash tint, LVL lashes, HD brows or hair colour, then a patch test MUST be done in salon 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please give us a call so we can discuss with you any other options if you are unable to get to the salon 48 hours prior to your appointment (please give us around a weeks notice for us to be able to post patch tests to you).

If you are unable to come in for your patch test, please call us to let us know you are unable to make it. We may have to amend your appointment if a patch test is not done when required.

Our booking policy

We have all heard about GDPR, haven’t we? Well it’s something we have to comply with as a small business. We know you have already completed consultation forms, although we have to make sure you’re happy to opt in to our salon. Not only that, but consultation forms for tints and chemical services are so important to complete to ensure everything is A-Ok and we can continue with the service. We are a ‘colour responsible’ salon and we wish to endeavor that all of our customer’s are safe in our hands.

So, this means we need a little extra time to ensure these are all completed correctly. As a team, we ask you kindly to accept our new booking policy whereby we ask to see you 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you’re all prepared for your treatment.

Please understand that if you’re late to your appointment, this can sometimes have a knock-on effect for the rest of the clients that day where the stylist or therapist can run late.

We understand your time is precious and although not ideal, if a stylist or therapist does run late we will try our best to contact you to make you aware.

We also have a great selection of complimentary beverages on our menu for you to indulge in while you wait.

What we’re kindly asking from you:

Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes beforehand and no later than 5 minutes before. This is to ensure you’re appointment can begin on time.
